They have been around for decades. They are not kettles, cannon balls or shot puts.

They are called kettlebells. They have been around since the 1700's and were first used by strongmen and The Elite Russian Military for all round strength.
So why are they so popular?
They help you burn 800 calories + per session.
Why?
Because of the handle that is off centre from the cannon ball it makes you work harder through the core and makes you use other muscles that have been sleeping for years. The ballistic movements of the bell that help you train the big compound muscles will have your body working as a unit and working together so you will forget about boring gym programs.
Can women use kettlebells?
Yes deinately.
Both men and women can use the old school for fat burning, toning and all over body conditioning.
Will I get big muscles if I am a woman?
No of courtse you won't-you won't turn into the Hulk overnight just cos you are doing kettlebells, as you have less testosterone than males and you will hardly bulk up.
What sizes do they come in?
They come in 4kg right up to 90kg.
Women start off light on 6kg/8kg's and men will use a 16kg called a pood.
How long should I workout for with kettlebells?
Well anything from 10 minutes to 60 minutes is a typical session.
Will I still shift fat?
Yes you will burn more calories in one session than you will see from eating a large pizza!
